Despite all that’s going on, I’m a firm believer that things will come together.
My heart goes out to many of the evacuees who have had to flee their homes.
My thoughts and gratitude also go out to all the first responders and heavy equipment operators who have been working around the clock to protect homes, reduce spread, and ultimately work to contain the Long Lake Wildfire in West Dalhousie, including the plethora of volunteers, dispatchers, and key personnel who are working to coordinate this effort.
I’ve had great conversations this week, helped out where I could, while doing my best to provide the most up to date and factual information to those who follow my page, as I always do.
There was a slight rainbow along the South Mountain tonight where the wildfire continues to burn out of control.
