There have been multiple ways I’ve written about things on this page but the one I enjoy most is the spontaneous stories that happen on the spot!
It was one year ago today, that I stopped into Dals and pitched the idea of doing a brief article on the new food destination, situated along Highway 1 in Wilmot.
Dal at Dal’s Counter Take Away was beyond welcoming, sharing the food that’s on the menu (which has since changed) while sharing his story and what makes his location different than your normal takeout.
I’ll be honest, since then, I’ve been a regular customer, going there more than maybe the bank account would be happy about but I’m always 100% happy and full after enjoying the food that comes out their window!
It’s pretty neat to see this article a year later and the changes and progress made by the booming location.
