Bridgetown Firefighters along with mutual aid are responding to a woods fire in Hampton area at this hour. Limited information on this at this time and crews are responding to the area.
Fire crews remain on scene of a wildfire just outside Greenland near Bear River. Firefighters along with a DNR helicopter have made great headway here despite extreme wildfire conditions this afternoon. Ground crews are continuing to work this fire which is remote and approximately 2 kilometres back into the woods.
It is a complete no burn day for all of the Annapolis Valley. Please follow the burn restrictions set by the province below for your county.
