Annapolis District RCMP is investigating a two-vehicle collision that occurred in Spa Springs.
On June 29, at approximately 8:25 p.m., Annapolis District RCMP, fire and EHS responded to a report of a collision involving two vehicles at the intersection of Hwy. 362 and Spa Springs Rd. Responding officers learned that a Chrysler 300 and a Honda CRV collided head-on on the roadway.
The driver of the Chrysler 300, a 27-year-old man from the Annapolis Valley area, suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital by EHS LifeFlight. The driver of the Honda CRV, a 17-year-old youth from Greenwood, was transported to hospital by EHS with non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing and is being led by Annapolis District RCMP, with the assistance of the RCMP’s Collision and Reconstruction Service (CARS).
