I had the honour to be able to capture my sister’s wedding day, over the weekend.

Ever since me and my sister were children, she always had a dream to have her own horses. To have her own farm and to be able to look out and be able to see them through her windows.
That dream of hers has come true, with the support, hard work and encouragement by her new partner in crime, Travis.

Travis has become an important part of her life and ours too over the past 8 years, even though they’re so far away.
I remember being kids, Kristen always being the photographer, while I was forced to take photos of her and her horse Goober. Well look where we are now, I’m the photographer and she’s not!
Goober is 29 this year, a horse that has been apart of Kristen’s life ever since she was a child.
It was a moment that brought tears to not only her eyes but mine too, seeing her being walked out by Goober to my father on her wedding day.

Despite how busy and overwhelming my last week and couple of months have been, I was so blessed to be able to capture there important day, in their back yard, surrounded by family, autumn and the farm they call home.
*Even though it was hard detach.
Congratulations you two.
Adrian J.
