Freezing rain has certainly made its mark on vegetation near the West Brooklyn Rd overpass near Avonport.Â
Road conditions are moderate in most areas with some slush on backroads.Â
Just traveled from the Halifax to Kings and it was smooth sailing, with multiple plows out.Â
