You weren’t alone, a major outage impacting Amazon Web Services and a number of other platforms has been felt across the globe early Monday morning.
Nova Scotia Power is also experiencing issues as a result:
“Our outage reporting phone line is currently not working, likely a result of Amazon Web Services’ widespread outage affecting many companies, websites, and apps. Our Customer Care line (1-800-428-6230) and outage map (outagemap.nspower.ca)”
