No further updates from Department of Natural Resources since the minor update from earlier on the West Dalhousie / Long Lake Wildfire.
Fire still remains out of control at 8,026 hectares and assessments are being made on structural and property damages.
Power still remains off in the immediate area of Morse & West Dalhousie Road.
Crews and heavy equipment are making progress, working around perimeter, focusing on the east side of Paradise Lake.
Fixed wing aircraft were grounded this morning due to weather, they are now up and working along with the helicopters.
