🚫 Road closure Lovett Road, Brooklyn Corner.
Nova Scotia Department of Public Works Bridge Crew will be working on the Lovett Road Bridge that crosses over the Cornwallis River in Brooklyn Corner starting this Monday.
The bridge is located between Laurie Lane and Brooklyn Street on Lovett Road and will impact motorists and residents who regularly commute through this area.
Lovett Road will be closed and only open for local traffic while this important work is being completed.
Traffic will not be able to access Highway 1 from Brooklyn Street or Brooklyn Street to Highway 1 while this work is being completed.
There will be signs and a detour in place from Highway 1 to Cambridge Road and back on to Brooklyn Street to Lovett Road and vice versa.
The closure and detours will be in place starting Monday, July 14th and is expected take approximately two weeks to complete.
