Waterville & District Volunteer Firefighters made quick work containing a woods fire earlier this evening in Cambridge.
Crews were alerted to the fire around 5PM which was moving fast through the woods.
Firefighters deployed hose-lines to get around the perimeter and soak down hotspots, under the direction of Department of Natural Resources.
Dry conditions and high winds are contributing to many fast moving fires over the past couple of days.
