It’s unbelievable to see the power of mother nature and how lucky we are.
The following two pictures were taken near the entrance to the fire road, where fire crews were accessing the fire that broke out in Lake George on September 28th.
One photo is before and the other is after.
October 19th, 2025, Aylesford Road, Lake George.
The fire not only jumped the Aylesford Road while crews were actively in the area but also jumped the fire road in which they were using to enter.
We are so lucky and fortunate no homes were destroyed, no injuries were reported and the fire has since been brought under control.
Aylesford Road has also re-opened to all traffic.
