Many of you already know I’m working on getting my calendars together for 2026.
Over the last few years, I’ve put together calendars using different photos I’ve captured throughout the year, while also doing a calendar dedicated to highlighting photos taken by my followers.
These calendars help with some of the operational costs associated with running my page and is one way people can support my efforts of keeping the community informed on a daily basis.
A resident from the community of West Dalhousie reached out to suggest putting together a calendar dedicated specifically to the community of West Dalhousie.
Over the years, I’ve never spent any significant time in West Dalhousie. In order to accomplish this calendar idea, I would need help from those who cherish the beautiful views and have captured photos overtime.
The calendar would consist of photos from around West Dalhousie and memories of the community prior to the fire that broke out on August 13th.
What does this entail?
✅ Any landscape or scenic pictures around West Dalhousie, fall, summer, winter, churches, community centre, trails, lakes etc.
✅ The photo must be sent in high resolution
✅ The photo must be taken in landscape orientation
✅ The photo must be taken by you

Confirmation emails will be sent back to all those whose photos will be featured.
I will require the exact location as well as the full name for proper photo courtesy.
We are on a time crunch for this, but I think we can do it if the word gets out there!!!
⚠️ Please Note: After some further discussions, portions of the sales from ALL calendar designs this year, will be donated to the West Dalhousie Community Centre.
Last year I was able to donate portions of the sales to local GSAR teams following the impressive support by my followers!
