I got really lucky last night after a Bear ran out in-front of my truck along Hall Road in Windermere.
Very sore, little upset but I’m thankful it didn’t end up being any worse than what It truly could have been.
Unfortunately due to this incident my travels will be restricted while I’m temporarily without a full-time vehicle for at least a few weeks.
The Bear is alive, after deciding to chase me down the road and made it’s way back into the woods.
I did let Department of Natural Resources know, just incase, as I’ve been told this isn’t the first time this Bear has ran in-front of a vehicle and been struck.
Be safe out there, more Bear encounters are on the rise.
