On October 22-2024, Kentville Police Services were contacted by a person alleging they were sexually assaulted on two different occasions in 1983 by a then licensed chiropractor.
Kentville Police Service GIS section investigated the matter and have laid an information with the courts.
As a result of the investigation, Philip Louis LAPIERRE of Kentville has been charged with the following:
Sexual assault (x2) contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
Philip Louis LAPIERRE will appear in Kentville court in April.
