Kings District RCMP continue to look for Joel Matthew Gibson who is actively wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant.
Gibson is currently wanted for Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
Joel Gibson has been wanted multiple times in the past. RCMP have made countless efforts to arrest him.
Gibson was charged back in 2012, 2021 and July of 2024 with numerous charges related to domestic violence, weapons related offences, including possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. In all cases police struggled to locate Gibson.
Over the years police have warned in media releases that he may be a risk to police and public safety.

Kings District RCMP is seeking information on the whereabouts of a man currently wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant.
Joel Mathew Gibson, 44, from Kings County, is wanted for Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
Gibson is described as 6 foot-1, 180 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Police have made several attempts to locate Gibson, and are requesting assistance from the public.
Anyone who has information on the whereabouts of Joel Mathew Gibson is asked to refrain from approaching him and to contact the Kings District RCMP at 902-679-5555.
