Across Canada, Nova Scotia and the Annapolis Valley, there are so many organizations that thrive off of volunteers.
From local community centres, volunteer fire departments, ground search and rescue teams and the newly designed Nova Scotia Guard, along with many more, hundreds of people dedicate their time to supporting our communities.
Many individuals soak in hundreds and hundreds of hours each year, raising funds, protecting neighbourhoods and being there at some of our worst times.
We thank all of those who support us, by volunteering in organizations and being the backbone to communities around our province!
