Another successful year for the Woodville Community Centre and their annual chicken BBQ today!
There are so many people who look forward to this dinner, that have turned into a yearly family tradition, regardless if it’s rain or shine!
Around 100 volunteers help in the effort, preparing months in advance, picking up supplies, cooking and serving meals and much more.
Over 2,500 dinners were cooked today and lots of smiling faces as residents picked their meals up.
All the funds from the meal go directly back into the community, supporting the operations of the community centre.
It was another delicious meal, thank you to all the volunteers who dedicated their time to allow thousands to enjoy.
Always look forward to those added touches of honey and apple cider!!
